1/8/2007 - Effective today, Grand Slam Memberships are to be transacted by calendar month.  By this I mean, grand slam memberships will automatically terminate at the end of the month irregardless of when purchased during the month.  I have placed a Grand Slam Membership Fee Chart by the register indicating how much is to be charged at any given time of the month.  For instance, if a membership is purchased today, 1/8, the individual membership cost is $79 (not $99) and the family membership cost is $101 (not $129).  The membership however will end on 1/31/07.  For any memberships purchased on or after the 18th of the month, the customer must pay the prorated amount as well as the next month's membership fee of $99 or $129.  No exceptions.  Please be sure to explain the membership in detail to customers, especially the guest fee, and give them a handout.  Be sure to enforce the guest fee and record customers use of the membership EVERY TIME they come in to use it.  Thanks - Jeanine

1/8/2007 - Parking.  Employees are not to use the closest parking spots, but instead park several parking spots from the entrance.  Please be courteous to our customer by allowing them to use the close parking spots.  Thank you - Jeanine
